Was real busy and freaking tired the past week. Had to go to Suntec Convention Centre to help out with Marriage Convention, organized by my department. Lets see... We had to pack the goodie bags, all 2000 of them by 9 gals my size, and bring them up from level 1 to 3. The only plus point is that the bags are purple. Yeah!

Before we went down to Suntec on Thursday till the weekend, I spent most of the time printing notes from the photocopy machine. Printed thousands of copies till the ink made me sneezed. I'm never going to print things again.

Anyway, Marriage Convention was held from Friday to Sunday. The Body Shop warehouse sales was held next to it and I was so freaking tempted to go in to check it out as my shopping antenna was picking up 'strong radar'. People came out with bags of stuff and we had to queue up just to go into the rooms in batches. Finally I went into the BS shop room after the convention on Saturday (Body Shop, not Bull Shit), and bought about 10 items, totalling $35. Cheap leh!

Marriage Convention finally ended on Sunday and I went to Michelle's house. For the record, Mr. Nicholas Long, NOTHING happened between us. I mean, I'm straight (or at least I try to be)! I stayed at her house and we watched Daredevil, watched Heroes on cable and played computer games. And the next day we went to Junction 8 to watch Horton.

Oh and I bought 2 CDs. Pussycat Dolls and Carrie Underwood's Carnival Ride. I'm broke now.

I got D for my Biz Finance. Argh!! Dying-dead-buried-in heaven liao-reincarnated-as daphne-aka the loser who got D for her finance.

Didn’t do much last week. Went to work on Tuesday and Friday was Good Friday. So it was a relatively short week for me. I went out with Sister on Saturday to Orchard for a good retail therapy. I finally got my Anna Sui mascara!! Sister had a voucher from her newly applied Gold Metro Card, and was entitled to half-price for the mascara. I ended up paying $20 only. Afterwards we roamed around Wisma Atria and went to Kinokuniya to get my Australia Women’s Day magazine cuz Ricki-Lee was on the cover.

Weighed myself on Sunday. I gained 2kg over the past few weeks since attachment started. Super horrified! Thanks to all the endless days of snacking and sitting in an office chair for 8 hours per day. I am determined to lose that 2kg and go back to my original weight.

I’m losing my virginity to clubbing (oh no!) soon. I was telling Zee the other day that I’ve never been to clubs. Zee’s organizing a release to MOS in April, and I hope it’ll be a good first time for me (sounds wrong)!

23 more days till end of attachment...

6th week into my attachment. That means I made it pass the half-mark! Seriously I can’t wait for my attachment to end, but at the same time, I do enjoy what I do in my department. I learnt so much about radio, and experienced backstage at 2 concerts, both at the freaking far Max Pavilion, and an upcoming convention at Suntec Convention Centre. It was so cool, socializing with all the Taiwan people during and after the concerts and trying to talk to them with my broken Mandarin. *Note to self: must improve on my Mandarin from now on!

Due to attachment, I have been missing out on a lot of things which I love to do. Such as going to the library, shopping alone or with sis even though she keeps touching me in public -.-, dance and hanging out with friends. My boss gave me a break on Monday cuz I came back to help them for the concert on Saturday, and I realized how much I missed a lazy weekday, with nothing to do except my favourite activities. I know I’m complaining, but do let me complain for once ok blog?

My exam results will be out tomorrow. Kinda excited yet having the ”oh shit” feeling about it. I’m positively sure that I did horribly for my exams, struggling to finish each questions in the paper.

I will stop going for dance practice till the end of my attachment if possible. It is really draining to rush to school after work, especially during the peak-hour-jam-madness.

This is such an epitome-of-depression entry. Sorry to all readers who became depressed after reading this post. :(

We will be performing for SCL Orientation and ClubCrawl. So cool! Everybody need to prepare for some brain-thumping choreo. Have to learn new choreos and recap old ones! I will not be performing for both due to my long attachment. So sad that I can't perform for this year's Clubcrawl. I only performed once for Danz Inc.! The new choreos are so cool. I will def miss all the fun preparing and during clubcrawl. Hopefully I will be around for the next batch auditions.

Legs, back and arms aching, thanks to yesterday's Jitterbugs workshops. Started the morning with Stretch Intensive workshop and it was really freaking intensive! My legs are never able to close again. Next was Dual Power, like boy-girl hiphop. I partnered with Germaine (she's the guy) and we basically laughed and smack others throughout the workshop. The "guys" had lots of floor-work and I stepped on Rabiah and jingwei's fingers, and bumped into Jessalynne and Yeeshan. Grrl Power was next. Lots of hair throw action and I nearly threw my spectacles off. Body-ripple like crazy. Wanted to take Ballet class next but legs had turned into jelly, and went for a 2-hour Killiney-curry-chicken-with-french-loaf break. Came back for Lyrical Jazz, quite easy la, although its a level 2 workshop (teehee). Last class I took was street jazz, loved the music. 1,2- freeze. Jang Jang!!

Walked around Marina Square with Jess and Treasa. Jess had ballet class at night and had to go en pointe. Poor thing. Met Jingwei and Huifang along the way. Went home with Treasa around 6 plus.

So that was my Sunday. 5 hours of dance and probably body aches throughout the week. And I still did crunches at night. Smart aleck me...

Wednesday- The day that most people dread. It’s the middle-of the–road aka middle-of-the-week.

I do look forward to Wednesdays as it is American Idol day! Yay! I remembered 3 years ago when AI was showing at 8pm, and I had to chiong home after work (my 1st job; after O’levels) to watch, refusing to do OT.

Pretty mundane Monday and Tuesday. The only plus point was Mayday came for an interview at YES933 and I managed to get a glimpse of them. My colleague and her friend, both Mayday fanatics, opened our office door and pretended to have a conversation there, cuz Mayday had to walk towards our office before turning right to YES933 studio. So they were laming around when suddenly Mayday popped out one-by-one. We were all stunned and when they all finally turned right, my colleague rushed into my boss room and collapsed.

This Saturday is Lina’s b’day celebration day at her house. Can’t wait for that pink gal to finally turn 19. :)

Jitterbugs birthday bash workshops on Sunday, featuring 15 types of dance between 7 hours. Its time to groove once again!!
