LAST POST OF 2006 Another year gone, sad life. 2006 has been a roller coaster year for me. I had my first job as an admin asst in the beginning of 2006, and enrolled into Polytechnic at April. I did things I've never done before, its like a whole new experience for me. I met great friends, have totally different courses in poly, work, and most of all, SA Dance. I just finished my performance at Boon Lay Countdown Party, and it was really fun. I met Treasa and Meixian for dinner and they were a really fun pair (great lesbianism tactics *wink*). We then went to the performing area with Rab1 and Beiyi. The crowd was great, the stage was great. But I hated the smoke that poured out continuously as we were performing, so irritating. Well, that was the last memorable thing I've done in 2006. School's starting soon, damn. Goodbye 2006, welcome 2007. Friday, December 22, 2006

TERM BREAK So 22/12/2006 marks the middle of the highly anticipated 2-week break. I have managed to accomplish some little bitsy stuff, such as: 1. Going class BBQ 2. Complete POM tutorial. Don't ask me why I did POM tutorial, I have no idea myself. It could be some random compulsive behavior I display once every fortnight. Who knows? Here are some candid shots of me and my chums at East Coast Park at 18/12/06 :
4 gals posing Unfortunately, it began to rain and there goes our chances of posing like models on the beach. However, I was looking forward more to the food. We had an indoor BBQ and the food tasted great. Yes, even those burnt ones. Kudos to those who cooked most of the food for us hungry classmates. It rained for the whole fricking day, but my mood wasn't dampen as I love looking out at the hazy sea, imaging myself in Pirates of the Carribean. It was a pity neither Orlando Bloom nor Johnny Depp made an appearance. My mood started to go downhill when we were going home. We had to walk in the rain. I did not display my high maintenancy (is there such word?) and calmy walked on with Liyi, Alvin, Lina, BeePeng and Nadia. Chistmas is coming. I can't wait to take a walk along this road:

BIG SPENDER Crazy things I do in public: 1. Running amok and screaming. 2. Posing in trains. Like: Pole dancingCourtesy of Lady Ruby's blog 3. Dance in trains 4. Swearing and sticking out the finger. I'm not an attention-grabbing idiot. I'm just abnormal. I had a satisfying weekend which I spent with my 2 favourite people, Michelle and Ruby. I had initially put aside $71 for my shopping expenses during this two weeks break but so far I've already spent $66. I am left with a miserable $5 which will bury it and not let the note see sunlight again. I went out with Michelle on Saturday. I forced her to wear a skirt to as I wore skirt too. Thankfully, she did. She wore a green blouse and a brown skirt and I commented that she looked like a tree, a cute tree. We proceeded to KBox Toa Payoh and took the KLunch session. Their set lunches were pretty bad and we only had 2 hours to sing!! I called up the receptionists and complained about the 2 hours and she extended our session by 20 minutes. Good customer satisfaction tactics. After singing we wandered around TPY. I went to the ATM to withdraw some cash and Michelle spotted a card lying on the ground. I picked it up to have a closer look and I can't believe it! Its a UOB Mini!! I was so tempted to take the card and go since the phrase "Finder's keepers" exist in my dictionary, but I am a honest person (haha!). We went to a UOB branch and gave the card to an officer there. The idiotic person who dropped his card is called Eric, and his signature at the back of the card was horrible. Michelle and I decided to go Bugis as we were bored of roaming about TPY. I love Bugis Village! The things there are so cheap and nice and fashionable. I bought a pair of kitten heels for $16.90!! I spotted some amazing tops at Bugis Village but I did not much cash with me left and I did not want to spent so much at one go. It was very hard for me to fight back the desire to spent.Michelle and I went to Heeren afterwards as she wanted to get her W-inds. CD. Unfortunately, HMV did not have the Taiwan version which she was looking for. We wandered about again and saw more nice stuff. I seriously should get the "Most Controlled Shopaholic" Award. We had dinner (Pastamania) at Cineleisure and we reminiscence d about our secondary school days. I miss 4/3! When are we having gathering? I went out with Lady Ruby on Sunday and we went to Bugis Village to get her flowy pants. I will never get sick of BV. I met Ruby at Yishun Station and she filled me in with all the juicy gossips for the entire train journey. Ruby found her flowy pants and we received a lesson on how to wear the flowy pants, conducted by the shop assistant. On our way to BV we got a brochure from Goldheart Jewellery, and they are selling a pendant for $5, with $3 going to the Singapore's Cancer Foundation. And of cuz I bought it. Ruby and I bought a bag each at one of the shops in BV. It was instant love when I laid my eyes on the bag I bought. Ruby bought a bigger bag so that she can put her laptop in it. I bought a brown bag but it was the black one which I saw it first.Saturday, December 09, 2006

TRIP TO WI-WO Hi, have been feeling cranky this past few days. I got back my tests results and was disappointed about it. I should bang my head against the wall to get my brain back in full swing. Not many people went for dance prac on Tuesday, due to their need to study for their tests. The studio was so empty. I felt knackered at the end of the prac (as usual) and went home to complete my statistics tutorial. I sped through all 7 questions and completed it at around 2am. By then, I was brain-dead. I felt satisfied as I did my tutorial but I did not complete my econs tut. Here's a proof that I did my tut! Mugging at 1am
While exiting the shop, we were curious about the loud music coming from the centre of the mall, and we went to check it out. Turned out that there was a small runway show for Foever 21! Sister and I watched the show for a long time. The models all looked great! Sister and I had dinner at Thai Express. I ordered noodles and sister curry chicken. It was a satisfactory meal and Sister and I went to the thrid level to take a look at the scenery. We went to Daiso and then proceeded home. I am very tired now so I guess I have to stop typing. See ya next time...
